Gym Rental

 

Notice:  The gym is unavailable for the last 2 weeks of June and the first 2 weeks of July, 2025, for maintenance.

 

The gym is available for rental!!  Please follow these steps if you’d like to rent it:

1. Send an e-mail to Karen Groen - This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.   to book a date, or phone 250-847-3492 (school) or 250-877-3347 (cell).

2.  Fill out gym use permit sent to you, and read through the gym rental policies sent to you via email.

3. Sign the gym use permit,  return to the School Office, either via email or in person.

4. Instructions for entry will be emailed to you.

7. Ensure non-marking foot wear is worn,

8. Keep the gym, kitchen and washrooms as clean or cleaner than you found them.

9. Enjoy the gym!!

10. Sweep the floor at end of use with the designated broom in the equipment room. Please do NOT use this broom anywhere but on the wood floor.  

11. Return the key, as instructed by email.

Please note, school society members will NOT require insurance to rent the gym.
